FBK’s newest addition to its value added line is our Precision Imaging Process (PIP).  This system prints any character in the Microsoft font library onto your tubing.

Application for PIP

The PIP process is compatible with PU, LDPE, HDPE, PVC, Nylon which are all thermoplastic materials. The imaging may be used for catheter depth marks, part numbers, your company name and logo, lot numbers, arrows pointing up, down or sideways, +/- signs, and all other Microsoft font library characters. Your choice of black, blue, green and red ink colors have all been Class VI approved. 

Pricing and Tooling for PIP

PIP is a proprietary digital process. There is no tooling to purchase which offers you an upfront savings. Unit costs are typically 20% below traditional processes.
